In 1998 Principal Consultant, Gigi Lacey, saw a need in many community organisations for a flexible service which could be called in to provide an extra pair of hands when there was either more work than the internal staff team could cope with, or when additional expertise was required to resolve an issue or incident.
With qualifications in Human Services, Training, Safety, and Management, Gigi was able to bring her knowledge and experience to the formation of Instinct Organisational Development.
